ShoulderScan
IA_MA_Interactive Dictation_51; SmlaFromSpeech=False; LEFT 1ZHOMB SCAN:
No signs of degenerative hypertrophy at the acromio-clavicular joint. Discrete bulging of the coracoacromial ligament with abduction of the shoulder in internal rotation, painful, which does not allow us to rule out subacromial syndrome, although I do not see a clear pinching of the subdeltoid bursa. The long tendon of the biceps is located in the bicipital slide and has normal ultrasound characteristics. There are no signs of subluxation with external rotation. The tendons that make up the rotator cuff have a preserved thickness, morphology and echostructure and no signs of partial or total rupture are evident in this study. No irregularity is seen in the humeral head and no calcifications are identified in the tendon insertions. There are no signs of subacromio-subdeltoid bursitis.
